Pricing a trip in one step

Every country prices a trip differently, so I made one dialog that follows each market's rules.

Problem

Pricing works differently in every country. In some markets the agent's commission comes out of the price, in others it goes on top, so the same trip ends up with a different price.

Goal

One way of pricing that's right in every country our customers sell in, without the user having to think about the rules.

Solution

I redesigned pricing into one dialog. You put in the cost, markup and commission once, and it follows that market's rules to get to the selling price.

What I learned

Every country uses the same three things, cost, markup and commission. They just combine them differently. Once I saw that, it didn't need a flow per country, just one flow with the rules underneath, so the screen stays simple.
